Vacuum
Dark Seer creates a vacuum over the target area that sucks in enemy units, disrupting them and dealing damage.
Abilities, roles and builds with an explanation for every purchase.

HERO GAME PLANI speed up an allied initiator, move enemies with Vacuum and strengthen the fight with auras.
Versatile and strategic, Dark Seer excels at manipulating the positions of his enemies. Vacuuming foes into the attacks of his allies, he can turn enemy strength against itself by pulling foes through his replicating wall.
My recommendation is a starting point. We choose another position together with the team and for its needs.
My resource is the team's space: I hold the lane and build for initiation or team protection.
This is an editorial starting plan based on hero mechanics. It is not presented as a match I have already tested or a popularity ranking.
Here is my initial plan: I do my role's job first, then choose the items the team needs. I adapt the order and expensive purchases to the opponent.

Provide mana for laning and regular ability use.

Combine mana and health sustain for the team; useful in prolonged fights together.

Changes the entry angle and lets me reach a target quickly. Damage taken can prevent its use.

Provides team protection against substantial magical damage.

Adds armor and pressure in an area, helping limit the enemy’s health restoration.

I do not assign one ‘correct’ minute to every purchase. I look at my gold, the next fight and the problem: am I missing mana, target access, control or protection? If an expensive slot will arrive too late, I get a useful answer earlier.

Surrounds the target unit with a bristling shield that damages enemy units in an area around it.

Charges a target friendly unit with power, giving it a brief burst of phased movement speed. Allows the unit to reach maximum movement speed and cannot be slowed.

Units affected by this ability leave a trail with a radius of 150 that lasts 7 sec., slows enemies by 35% and deals 40 damage per second at intervals of 0.5 sec. The trail is not created when alternate cast is enabled.

Creates a wall of refracted light that slows and damages enemy heroes passing through it and creates copies of them controlled by the caster.
Raises a wall of warping light that slows, damages, and creates replicas of any enemy hero who crosses it. Enemy replicas serve at the Dark Seer's will. Replicas last until they are destroyed, or until the wall's duration ends.
These abilities are not necessarily available at the same time. I check the condition beside the name: innate ability, another form or an Aghanim purchase.

The next attack against an enemy hero cannot miss, creates a Wall of Replica copy of them, deals bonus damage, and stuns and knocks them back.
The next attack against an enemy hero cannot miss. It creates a copy from Wall of Replica, deals bonus damage, stuns and knocks the target back. The effect scales with the distance the ability's owner travelled in the 3 seconds before the attack, reaching maximum power at 1100 distance.

Each point of Intelligence increases the hero’s attack speed by 1.
Dark Seer gains 1 Attack Speed from each point of Intelligence. When Dark Seer levels up, he restores a percentage of his max health and mana.
