Nyx, Nyx, Nyx… Position five With Dagon Goes Hunting!
I just set up the stun — and my team is already on it. If only every pub were like this!
What to take from the episode
- This suits scouting and burst focus on a fragile target if the team can follow up my disable from fog.
- Detection and durable return contact hinder solo kills. A greedy Dagon is useless if I cannot reach the target safely.
- I choose my approach using information and Carapace for a clear damage source. After my spell combo, I already know where the exit or next ally will be.
- A greedy Dagon does not replace vision and disables. If there are no kills to get, I help the team first.
Item → purpose
These are items from this match, not a mandatory build. Dagon level and purchase order are unconfirmed. Aghanim’s Shard is an upgrade, not an occupied slot.

Dagon · уровень 1 ↗
I would choose Dagon for a prepared magic-damage finish on a specific target. First, I secure access to them and a window to cast.

Magic Wand ↗
I would upgrade Stick when its charges are useful and I need more capacity along with stats.

Arcane Boots ↗
I would buy Arcane Boots when my abilities and nearby allies regularly need mana. I use the active mana restore before the next play.

Voodoo Mask ↗
I would consider healing from my own damage when I can keep attacking or casting for a long time. The healing type must match my damage source.

Aghanim's Shard ↗
I would buy Shard for a specific new or upgraded hero ability. First, I read how it changes my plan for fights.

Two lane kills
I just set up the stun — and my team is already on it. If only every pub were like this!

Dagon and the escape
Dagon's finally in my inventory. Time to try a solo hunt. But a button doesn't replace good judgment!

Invoker, You Again? Three Encounters With Nyx
Three real kills on the same Invoker. Nothing personal… almost.
