What the item does
Active: Soul Release
When used on allies, it provides 40 health regeneration per second.
When cast on a location, leaves a dormant effect there for 15 seconds. It triggers on the first enemy within a 450 radius, dealing 25 damage per second, revealing their invisibility and sharing their vision with the owner's team.
Lasts 8 seconds.
Gains charges every time an enemy hero dies within 1500 units.

Valve notes
- Empty urns gain 2 charges.
- Only the closest Essence Distiller to the dying hero will gain a charge.
- If the allied unit is attacked by an enemy hero or Roshan, the effect is lost.
- Does not trigger spell block or spell reflect.
- The dormant effect provides vision in a 450 radius. This vision lasts another 0.5 seconds after the effect triggers on an enemy.
