One replay. One honest conclusion.
You don't need to review the whole evening. Choose one decision you can improve.
In this guide
Start with a question
One death, rotation or fight. Instead of asking why you're bad, ask whether you saw the initiator before moving forward. A specific question can be answered.
The replay knows the future. You don't.
Before viewing the outcome, describe what was visible from your side. Then watch the result. That makes it easier to separate missing information from problems with judgement or execution.
Finish with an experiment
Choose one clear adjustment: wait for information or name your job before a fight. Try it in your next match. A loss doesn't cancel a useful step, and a win doesn't make every decision right.
Sources and context
This is an approach to reviewing your game unless a verified match fact is stated separately. Check exact mechanics in the current game client.
